FAQs for Professional Caregivers
FrannyCares is the new and better way to find your next caregiving job. We use matching technology to match you with the right jobs the first time. You will only see jobs that match your availability, skill level and desired pay. Employers cannot contact you until you express interest in the job. We are here to empower caregivers and supercharge their careers and it is always free for caregivers. Period.
Signing up with FrannyCares is easy. Just enter your zip code (we are only accepting Los Angeles and Orange County caregivers now), create an account and answer a few questions to build your profile. We found that 70% of FrannyCares users created their full profile in less than 10 minutes.
FrannyCares is available in Los Angeles and Orange County now, but we are quickly expanding to new cities!
A professional caregiver in the FrannyCares’ world is a home care aide (HCA), home health aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA) who works with home care agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice or home health agencies, and hospitals. There are other terms used such as personal care attendant, home helper or healthcare assistant.
We have partnered with 5 main types of employers: in-home care agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice agencies/home health agencies and hospitals.
We want to provide you with a new, and we believe, better way to find your next job. The last thing we wanted to do was have an endless list of links to jobs that may not fit your availability, skill level or desired pay. By basing your job matches on the profile you build, we have created a streamlined job search. We also wanted to put the power in your hands by limiting the contact an employer can have with you. On the FrannyCares platform, an employer can only reach out to you when you express interest in the job. No more cold calls/emails from employers!
We use matching technology based on your profile. You tell us what kind of job you are looking for and we match those against all the active jobs on our site. The jobs that match you will be in your dashboard and you can express interest in the job or you can reject the job. We also have hand selected the employers in our network.
We believe you should only work with the most reputable and honest companies and so not every employer meets the FrannyCares criteria.
As a professional caregiver, your schedule and your skills will change over time and we totally understand that! For the best job matches, make sure you update your profile if things have changed. FAQs for Employers
FrannyCares is a new platform for employers and caregivers to find each other. It takes all the guesswork out of qualifying, selecting and recruiting caregivers. Using matching technology, we find caregivers who are the right fit for your job. After all, 90% of long-term care providers state that recruiting and retention of caregivers is their top concern. Finding the right fit, the first time is a way to effectively and efficiently recruit and retain.
Signing up with FrannyCares is easy. Just fill out the employer form and a FrannyCares representative will contact you to ask you a few questions about your business and your goals in hiring caregivers.
FrannyCares is available in Los Angeles and Orange County now, but we are quickly expanding to new cities!

Monthly Subscription – $100
6 Month Subscription – $500

FrannyCares is not a simple aggregator of jobs, we want to empower both employers and caregivers to be active participants in the job matching process. We match caregivers to jobs based on their availability, skills and desired pay range. If a caregiver’s profile does not match with your job, you won’t be matched with the caregiver. Plain and simple. We eliminate cold calling and emailing candidates who would never accept your job opportunity in the first place. We believe recruiting caregivers can be done better.
Employers are not given access to caregivers’ contact information and profile until the caregiver has expressed an interest in your job. This way we know the caregiver is actively interested in hearing from you and has read the details of your job opportunity.

At this time, we are not focusing on private caregiving opportunities, we are only working with in-home care agencies who can find a caregiver for you.

Jobs cannot be edited after publishing a job. We know, we know…this is a bit Draconian, but it’s because we are providing real-time caregiver matches we want to make sure you are getting the best and most relevant results. If jobs could be edited you may have “matches” that are no longer the best fit.
